Graphic Designer (remote & full-time) 🎨
We’re looking for a creative and conversion-driven Graphic Designer who can turn raw images into high-performing ads for eCommerce brands. If you love visual storytelling, understand what makes people click, and have an eye for layout, you’ll love this role.
This is for you if you want to develop rapidly over the next 1-3 years in a fast-paced, international environment.
Your role will include:
- Designing and editing image ads and carousel ads for Meta primarily
- Adding text overlays, visual elements, and branded assets to each creative
- Understanding each client’s brand and voice to design on-brand, high-converting creatives
- Collaborating closely with media buyers and video editors to align on strategy
- Working inside our internal systems, following best practices from the VIKST Academy
- Updating and repurposing past ad creatives to maintain a constant flow of fresh content
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong experience in Photoshop or similar tools (e.g., Canva Pro, Illustrator, Figma for layout)
- Has designed creatives for eCommerce brands before (this is a big plus!)
- Understands what drives clicks, conversions, and scroll-stopping design
- Speaks and writes English fluently (if you understand Arabic it's a big plus)
- Has a strong eye for layout, typography, and color
- Can work independently but also thrives in a feedback-driven, collaborative team
- Is organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely with deadlines
- Is curious and always looking to improve their design and performance knowledge
