Operations Assistant (full-time & remote)
We’re hiring a sharp and highly communicative Operations Assistant to support daily operations as we scale. This is a full-time, remote role where you’ll work directly with the founder and play a key part in keeping both our internal systems and external communication running smoothly.

What you’ll do
- Coordinate hiring: Manage and filter applications, follow up with candidates
- Communicate with candidates on WhatsApp & email
- Follow up with prospects who’ve booked a sales call, helping us stay organised pre-call
- Follow up on old prospects that we've spoken to, but haven't closed
- Help with all sales communication and other admin tasks (IG DM, email, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Do research on candidates and clients, take notes, and keep track of important details
- Reach out to leads who’ve just submitted a form on our website to clarify needs and potentially book them on our calendar
Who you are
- Exceptionally strong in written and spoken English - this is non-negotiable
- Naturally organised and good at follow-ups
- Great at writing messages, emails, and basic documentation
- Experience with hiring and outreach is a big plus
- Able to work independently and communicate progress without being chased
